Codes can only be used for the respective amount of booked sessions noted above. If a code is used incorrectly your booking will be cancelled automatically and your payment fully refunded.

Liability Insurance: Proof of Public Liability Insurance is required for all hirers.
Cleanliness: Please leave the space clean and tidy for the next user.
Promotion: The tutor will promote their own classes. The Art Academy may be able to assist in marketing efforts however this will incur additional fees or commissions for promotion services.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by tutor/hirer must be notified 48 hours before the booking time otherwise fee is non-refundable.
Any cancellation made by The Art Academy will attract a full refund for the tutor/hirer.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of £50 is required to cover any potential damages to the studio space. The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental agreement if no damages occur.
The Art Academy reserves the right to refuse any booking which is deemed to be inappropriate for the setting for any reason.
